Arthur Hahn Chairman

Arthur Hahn is a senior at Vanderbilt University studying Economics and Philosophy. Mildly conservative throughout high school, he became more strongly conservative upon entering college as he experienced firsthand the ideology pushed by the modern-day left. He has been heavily involved in Vanderbilt’s CR chapter, having helped host speakers like Congressman Mark Green and Senator Marsha Blackburn. His main goal for TNCR is to create a better-connected network of College Republican chapters. Additionally, he hopes to provide support to and encourage local chapters to not only foster a conservative presence on campus but also to foster a campus of free discussion and intellectual honesty.

Noah Jenkins Vice Chairman

Noah Jenkins is a sophomore studying Economics and History, with a business minor, at Vanderbilt University. He first got interested in conservative politics in high school when the COVID-19 lockdowns presented an opportunity for him to take a deep dive into conservatism through figures like Michael Knowles, Ben Shapiro, William F. Buckley Jr., and Thomas Sowell. Since then he has been a loud voice on his campus and beyond, being a regular participant in campus-wide debates, hosting The Culture Watch YouTube channel, and being featured on Fox News Digital. Noah looks forward to assisting the chairman and the rest of the board over the next year to take College Republicans all across the Volunteer State to new heights!

Emma Curtis Secretary

Emma Curtis is a junior at Belmont University pursuing a major in Music and a minor in psychology. Her long term goal is to obtain a secondary degree and become a nurse practitioner. She has been the chairman of the Belmont College Republicans since 2022 and will continue on until spring of 2024. She also is the vice president of the women’s conservative group NeW (Network of Empowered Women). She hopes to bring fresh ideas and passion to TNCR. More than ever, our country needs individuals willing to voice their beliefs and defend what is right.

Isabella Kelly Treasurer

Isabella Kelly is a senior at Carson Newman University double majoring in History and Political Science with a minor in Law and Policy. Previously, she obtained an associate’s degree in General Studies from Walters State Community College. Isabella has been a courageous warrior against woke agendas in our education system through her work with Empowered Sevier, a political action group in her hometown. In her role as treasurer, Isabella hopes to be a servant leader in TNCR by fighting the good fight to help better our state and country.

Max Bonner West Tennessee Chair

Max Bonner is a senior at the University of Memphis majoring in Economics with minors in Political Science and Business Finance. He joined the University of Memphis College Republicans in the spring of 2021 and currently serves as its president. In the summer of 2022, Max worked on Memphis City Councilman Worth Morgan’s campaign for Shelby County Mayor. That fall, he worked on State Senator Brent Taylor’s campaign and door-knocked for State Representative John Gillespie. Atop all that, Max is a voting member of the Shelby County GOP Executive Committee. Clearly a motivated and active member of the conservative movement, Max hopes to use his position in TNCR to promote conservative solutions to rising crime rates in big cities like his native Memphis and to foster discussions on the ways the GOP can impact the culture of our youth.

Carson Palmer East Tennessee Chair

Carson Palmer (pictured here with Donald Trump, Jr!) is a junior at Carson-Newman University studying Business Administration with an emphasis on Management. He hopes to bring motivation and a drive that leads to more youth involvement in conservative politics across the schools of our state. He looks forward to working with everyone and learning how every chapter is unique.
