Welcome from the Chairman

My friends, as we head into the 2008 election season, I am more certain than ever that we are the party that stands for a bright American future. On the left, we have a coalition that stands for statist, big government solutions that, if implemented, would further infringe upon the liberty that our nation has sacrificed so much to achieve and preserve. Meanwhile, our coalition is being led by a respected war hero and continues to stand by our national values - free market capitalism, respect for social traditions through conservative jurisprudence, and a strong national defense.

 

In Tennessee, we will focus on three campaigns. The campaign to take the state legislature will end liberal Democratic rule in our state. The campaign to elect John McCain President will ensure that Tennessee's eleven electoral votes remain solidly in the Republican column. And lastly, the campaign to re-elect Lamar Alexander will reaffirm Tennessee's conservative character and our party's respect for effective leadership.
